High-pressure dust collecting

Did you know that the high-pressure dust collecting solution from Trejon Optimal significantly reduces the amount of harmful PM10 particles compared to previous systems? Dust is bound to high pressure water mist, enabling dust-free sweeping and better results than previously, when compared to traditional watering systems. The system’s effect is based on finely distributed water mist, sprayed out under 60-150 bar high pressure. The water mist does not wet the surface being swept, it effectively binds to the dust on the road.

Trials have shown that compared to traditional low-pressure watering, high-pressure dust collecting sweeping work leads to a 52 % reduction* in PM10 particles, which are dangerous to inhale. When compared to sweeping conducted without water, high pressure dust collection reduces dust emissions by a staggering 82 %*.

High pressure system for dust binding for all models

All Trejon Optimal sweepers can be equipped with high pressure dust collection. The advantages of this dust control system are equally visible in collecting sweepers, rotating sweepers, sweeper buckets and sweeper rollers:.

The system can be complemented with pressure washer incl. gun and hose reel. This option increases the flexibility of the sweeper and is practical in places that are hard to sweep with the machine. For example close to e.g. bus stops, stairs, traffic islands, road signs. This also allow you to clean the sweeper and the tractor after your working day.
