Trejon Optimal mechanical chain mulchers are the safe and efficient machines for maintaining pastures and grass areas in parks and more. They are built to work under difficult conditions in varied terrain. Thanks to their robust construction with a strong carrying frame, they handle efficiently clearing of ditches as well as brushwood. The regrowth become considerably slower when shrubs, grass and brushwood are split up by the chains. For extra fine cutting there is optional knife set. Model M1650 has become Sweden's most sold mulcher.
Trejon Optimal mulchers features high quality Walterscheid mechanical powertrain, instead of belts. The cardan PTO shaft to the tractor is equipped with free wheel an overrunning clutch for load protection, that prevent overheating and torque peaks. The mulchers have long offset reach due to an integrated hydraulic sideshift and floating position upwards which allows good ground tracking.
The hydraulic impact protection ensures that the cutting head folds backwards and lifts at the same time and after it occurred returns automatically to working mode.
The entire cutting head is made of Hardox® and machine parts are powder coated separately before mounting.
