Model 2402HD with two infeed augers is built to cope with high stress and demanding working conditions. It has a robust chassi with reinforcement plates, powerful transmission and 3-point hitch with integrated A-frame.

The transmission has two drive shafts for different rotation which makes it possible to attache the snow blower regardless of the rotation direction of the PTO.
As a result, the snow blower can be front mounted with 1000 rpm or rear mounted in reverse direction with 540 rpm.
Thanks to the best position of the transmission, the PTO shaft can work under more favorable working angles, providing maximum power distribution with minimal strain on the shaft.

By extra-equipping the snow blower with, for example, extension wings, hydraulic flap control, long discharge chute, support wheel or cardan shaft with automatic clutch
you can customize your snow blower according to your specific needs.

The HD models have extra powerful transmission for front and rear mounting in reverse direction (1000 rpm upper pin / 540 rpm lower pin). 3-point hitch with integrated A-frame

Trejon Optimal 2402HD has a 3-point hitch with integrated A-frame as a standard.
The entire connection frame can easily be mounted on the front or back of the tractor.

The robust construction of the infeed augers crushes hard-packed snow and ice effectively. Standard with Hardox® details for maximum durability.

High safety

The operation of infeeding auger and rotor is protected by shear bolt coupling in the event of overloading.

Powerful rotor

Built in 2-step system where the auger with knife function first crushes ice and hard-packed snow and then the snow feeds through the powerful turbine rotor to finally eject it through the discharge chute.

Worm gear

The discharge chute is operated by a worm gear that is self-cleaning and with the help of a hydraulic engine, ensures that the discharge chute is locked in the desired working position. If ice forms on the worm wheel, the turning mechanism will not be affected.
The worm gear has a higher torque than traditional gear drive.

Directional double-flap on the discharge chute

Discharge chute with mechanical double-flap is standard. Electrical/ hydraulic flap regulation and long discharge chute are available as options.

Scraper steel in Hardox®

The strong scraper steel in Hardox® have double holes and can be reversed which double the lifetime. Even support skids are made of Hardox®.

Toolbox

Standard with toolbox for extra screws, space for necessary tools, lubrication equipment and more.
