Trejon’s sand and salt spreaders efficient solutions for winter roads

With the increasingly unpredictable climate we experience in the Nordic region, ice control remains a recurring challenge during the winter months. Thanks to Trejon’s extensive experience in the field, you can rest assured that we have the right machines for the job. We offer a comprehensive range of sand spreaders with reliable and efficient solutions to ensure safe roads, parking lots, and other surfaces.

A wide range of models for every need

Trejon provides a broad selection of buckets, including both disc spreaders and drop spreaders, designed to meet varying demands for ice control. The disc spreaders are ideal for tasks that require wide and precise spreading over large areas, while the drop spreaders are perfect for more specific spreading needs and small to medium-sized surfaces.

Disc spreaders

The Trejon Optimal disc spreader is a flexible and efficient bucket designed for tasks that require adjustable spreading widths. These spreaders are ideal for parking lots, roads, and industrial areas. Equipped with an agitator, feeder screw, and a disc, they evenly distribute sand, salt, and gravel over an area of up to ten meters.

With the Control Plus electric control system, you have full control over spreading width and quantity conveniently from the cabin. The settings can be adjusted in grams per square meter, and with a speed sensor, the system automatically increases or decreases the amount based on the current driving speed. This is standard on the DS2500 model but is also available as an option for other models.

Drop spreaders

Trejon Optimal drop spreaders are designed to withstand the most demanding winter conditions throughout Scandinavia. These spreaders combine easy-to-use design with precision and safety when spreading sand (2-8 mm), stone chips (2-8 mm) and salt.

The SP250-SP2700 models are controlled by the hydraulics of the tool carrier and offer stepless adjustment of the spreading quantity. The rubber blanket pressure can be easily adjusted via a handle on the side of the spreader. For further efficiency, 3-point models can be equipped with an optional hydraulic self-loading function, eliminating the need for an additional tractor and saving time and money.

Durability and quality in focus

Trejon Optimal spreaders are built to deliver long life and flawless performance in demanding conditions. With heavy-duty Swedish steel, Hardox® wear steel and roller wear plates, high-quality hydraulic components and powder coating, these spreaders are designed to give you a trouble-free workday.

Whatever winter challenges you face, Trejon offers an effective and reliable de-icing solution.
