Trejon Multiforest MF1202 (12 tons) is based on its big brother MF1602 (16 tons), has a strong double frame with a 4.11m long loading area and a loading gate area of 2,5 m2.

Frame steering with double cylinders, +/- 45 ° steering angle and wheel options up to 550 / 45–22”wheels provide excellent flexibility in terrain. The model is based on a stable double frame and has been developed and tested together with professional users from Europe.

As standard, the trailer is delivered with 4 fixed banks with supports and telescopic support legs with extra wide configuration to provide support for cranes up to 8m in length.

Since the launch of the latest Trejon Multiforest New Edition 2017 series, the success has been great with increased sales in both Sweden and the rest of Europe. The wide range, the high quality and the efficiency of the products have been the key to success. MF1202 is no exception but complements the already existing range and fits into the increasingly popular segment around 12 tons.

During the development of this new forestry trailer, the focus has been on quality before quantity and on being able to share solutions and components between different models. The frame is designed according to high demands, with a focus on an optimized weight ratio, modern construction solutions and for robot welding. Parts of the trolley, including bogie and drawbar designs, can be found on other models, all in order to achieve both economic and environmental benefits.

The new trailer, for example, fits the Trejon Multiforest V7300 crane perfectly, a crane constructed in Strenx® steel from SSAB. There is also an option for the trolley for a platform for handling round bales. In addition to this, there are new solutions for control systems and powerful hub drives, all to simplify and improve a day in the woods.
