The Trejon Optimal 2602HD is an advanced heavy-duty snow blower with dual augers, designed for demanding conditions and very large snow volumes. It combines robust construction with high capacity and features an Optiflow rotor for maximum discharge performance.

The unique Optiflow rotor is based on technology from hydropower plants and delivers exceptionally high discharge capacity. Combined with the efficient two-stage system, it ensures a powerful and consistent flow even in heavy snow conditions.

Efficient processing of snow and ice
The dual augers with cutting function break through compacted snow and ice before feeding the material through the powerful rotor for discharge.

Flexible operation independent of PTO rotation direction
The gearbox allows operation independent of PTO rotation direction, enabling front mounting at 1000 rpm or rear mounting in reverse operation at 500 rpm.

Extra heavy-duty gearbox and optimized drivetrain
The reinforced HD gearbox is designed for both front and rear mounting (1000 rpm upper shaft / 540 rpm lower shaft). Its positioning ensures favorable PTO angles, maximizing power transfer while minimizing wear.

Robust construction for long service life
The machine features a reinforced chassis with strengthening plates and a heavy-duty 3-point linkage with integrated A-frame, built for high loads over time.

Reliable and protected operation
The auger and rotor are protected by shear bolt couplings in case of overload. The hydraulic motor is directly mounted and designed for high pressure and continuous operation.

Stable performance in all conditions
The worm gear system for chute rotation is self-cleaning and delivers high torque. It is unaffected by ice buildup and keeps the chute securely locked in position.

Controlled and flexible snow discharge
The discharge chute features a double deflector as standard for improved control. Hydraulic or electric deflector adjustment and extended chute are available as options.

Wear parts designed for durability
Hardox® cutting edges and skid shoes ensure high wear resistance. The cutting edges have dual mounting holes and can be reversed for extended service life. The machine is sandblasted and powder-coated.

Practical features for efficient operation
An integrated toolbox is included as standard. Optional equipment includes extension wings, height extension plates, pivoting support wheels, and PTO shaft with automatic clutch.
