Snow blowers - Mechanical
Trejon Optimal snow blowers
Our snow blowers are manufactured in several models with different mounting options. The machines are designed to withstand the most extreme winter conditions.
Snow blowers from Trejon Optimal are used in, among other things, the defense, the Civil Aviation Administration, the construction and real estate industries in Sweden and the rest of Europe - with more than 10,000 units in operation.
The models are built in a 2-stage system where the feed screws first use the knife function to effectively crush ice and hard-packed snow, then feed the snow through the turbine-shaped rotor to finally throw it out through the powerful ejector pipe.
All models have a gearbox with two drive shafts, which allows the snow blower to be mounted regardless of the direction of rotation of the power take-off. This means that the snow thrower can, depending on the model, be front-mounted, rear-mounted towing or rear-mounted reversing.
All Trejon Optimal snow throwers have a hydraulic worm gear for turning the ejector tube.
Trejon Optimal 151-191
The 151-191 models are designed specifically for the increasingly popular compact tractors with 25-70 hp.
These models are suitable for front-mounted with 1000 rpm/ 2000 rpm or for rear-mounted reversing with 540-1000 rpm.
Trejon Optimal 2000-2450
The 2000-2450 models are designed for medium-sized tractors with 30-135 hp.
These snow throwers can be front-mounted, rear-mounted or rear-mounted in reverse with 540 rpm.
The models have a 3-point hitch with integrated A-frame. The entire mount can be easily turned for front or rear-mounted connection to the tractor.
