The Trejon Optimal UPX500HD is the Heavy Duty version of the flagship model, developed for the most demanding snow clearing operations. It is built to handle extreme snow volumes, high loads, and continuous operation – where standard solutions are not enough.
Maximum flexibility in all working modes
The plow can be angled ±35°, while the wings can be adjusted steplessly up to 90° forward or 80–90° backward. This allows quick switching between collecting, pushing, and transporting large volumes of snow.

The heavy-duty construction, combined with a high blade profile and strongly curved wings, delivers maximum capacity while reducing snow spray – even during intensive operation.
Efficient cutting – clean results at high speed
The 15° positive cutting angle ensures an aggressive and efficient cut, delivering clean results even at higher working speeds.
Simple control with advanced performance
All three hydraulic functions are controlled via the included control box and require only one double-acting hydraulic outlet. Full control from the cab ensures efficient and smooth operation.
