The new generation chain mulcher
Trejon Optimal mulcher is built to work under difficult conditions. The machine can handle efficiently clearing of ditches as well as brushwood. The regrowth become considerably slower when shrubs and brushwood are split up by the chains and for extra fine cutting there is optional knife set.
The mulcher has long offset reach and floating position upwards which allows good ground tracking.

Big movement pattern
The Trejon Optimal M2000 has integrated hydraulic sideshift, that gives a full 1280 mm movement pattern from the tractor center. The cutting head has a sideways pivoting function.

Direct transmission
Model M2000 is equipped with cardan powertrain that minimizes power loses out to cutting head. The Walterscheid cardan PTO shaft is equipped with freewheel and overload protection.

Automatic impact protection
The M2000 has an automatic impact protection with automatic hydraulic lifting function that in case of impact with an obstacle, the cutting head accivates backwards and upwards at the same time. After the obstacle is cleared the head automatically returns to the working position.

Machine equipped with well dimensioned gearbox. The cutting head has a pendulum sideways movement.

High quality chains

The chain mulcher is standard equipped with 13mm strong chains of high quality. These are suitable for tough working conditions in, for example, stony fields. The chain magazine contains additional links that can be submitted as needed.
