Trejon Flexitrac 12 series

With Trejon Flexitrac you get a very economical and environmentally friendly alternative to other compact loaders or larger tractors. The machines are developed to meet Trejon's high demands on durability, service life and function. There are five different models within the 12 series. All are equipped with quiet, fuel-efficient Kubota or Yanmar Euro 5 diesel engines, permanent 4-wheel drive and Trima/SMS implement mount. The LRF models have a bolted roof and a folding roll bar, while the CAB comes with a soundproofed cabin, front and rear wipers, an opening rear window and rubber floor mats.

 

With the Trejon Flexitrac model series 12-2S you get a higher forward speed – up to 22 km/h or for model 1248 a full 28 km/h. This is thanks to an electric high and low gear that is operated via the skid steer loader's joystick. 

 

Model 1244 with updated chassis

When adapting for the powerful Yanmar Euro 5 engine, the model 1244 has also received an updated chassis. This means, among other things, a 9 cm longer wheelbase and the option to equip with 17 inch wheels. The lifting capacity has also been increased to a full 2,000 kg. The Euro 5 standard is a natural step in Trejon Flexitrac's goal to offer a more environmentally friendly alternative. The engines are equipped with particulate filters and regeneration. 

We meet the latest environmental requirements

Trejon Flexitracs are equipped with environmentally-classified diesel engines from Kubota or Yanmar. To meet the requirements, engines over 26 hp are equipped with particle filters and environmental class Euro 5. Both brands are at the forefront of the market for smaller engines with this technical solution and have a well-functioning system with particle filters and regeneration.
