Trejon Optimal drop spreader SP400 is easy to maneuver for spreading sand, salt and stone chips. A handy tool for effective anti-slip control in varying conditions.
It has a robust construction, wear parts in Hardox®, high-quality hydraulic components and is powder coated, all to achieve a durable surface and long service life.
It is powered and controlled through the hydraulics of the tool carrier. The drop spreader is built for an oil flow of up to 70l/min, for higher flow rates there is another flow divider as an option. The amount you want to spread is regulated continuously via the flow divider located on the drop spreader. In addition, the pressure of the rubber cloth can be adjusted with a handle on the side of the spreader.
You can fill the spreader with material from above or if you choose the hydraulic push rod and gear joint (optional) then the spreader becomes self-loading of the material - which saves the need for an additional tractor and thus both time and money.
All models are equipped with an agitator to prevent unwanted stops when working with damp and/or icy materials. In addition, two insert plates of 40cm and 60cm are included to reduce the spreading width or to make specific tracks. Hardox® wear steel and wear plates.
