Trejon Optimal drop spreaders are used throughout Scandinavia for effective prevention of slippery and icy roads in the various conditions.
An easy-to-use spreader that combines safety and precision when spreading sand (2-8mm), gravel (2-8mm) and salt.
The spreaders SP250-SP2700 are run and operated by the machinery´s hydraulics.
The spreading amount is regulated steplessly via hydraulic valve on Trejon Optimal drop spreader.
To prevent leakage while driving you adjust sealable rubber cloth by a lever at the side of the spreader.
The spreaders can be filled from above or by using the option, hydraulic self-loading, that makes it possible to lower the spreader like a bucket and load from a pile of materials – saving a need of en extra machine and thereby both time and money.
We have the opportunity to offer even disc spreaders for effective prevention of slippery and icy surfaces of larger areas.
A wide range of models
Trejon Optimal drop spreaders are available in a variety of models from 60cm to 220cm spreading widths and with valumes from 250L up to 2700L. We also offer a manual spreader SP50 with only 50L.
For reduced spreading width or specific spreading tracks we offer 40cm repective 60cm insert plates.
The SP400-1600 models offer a quick coupling system, where the connection frame can be changed easily depending on the machinery’s attachment.
Robust construction
Robust dimensions of Swedish steel, high-quality hydraulic components, exposed parts such as wear steel and wear plates on the outfeed roller in Hardox®, blasted and powder coated, powerfully dimensioned chain drive – all that to ensure a smooth working day and long lifetime of the spreader.
