The Trejon Optimal DS1200 is a compact and efficient disc spreader designed for spreading sand, salt, and gravel. It delivers wide and even coverage, making it ideal for both smaller and medium-sized areas.
Wide spreading for fast area coverage
The disc spreader provides a wide and consistent spreading pattern, allowing large areas to be covered quickly. Spreading rate and width are steplessly and independently adjusted via two control valves at the rear of the machine.
Simple hydraulic operation
The DS1200 is powered via a double-acting hydraulic outlet and is designed for oil flows between 40–75 l/min. The spreading angle is mechanically adjusted as standard, with hydraulic adjustment available as an option.
Enhanced control and comfort with control systems
The spreader can be equipped with Control-Eco or Control-Plus for improved operator comfort:
- Control-Eco allows adjustment of spreading rate and width via a control box in the cab.
- Control-Plus automatically adjusts the spreading rate based on driving speed, ensuring consistent results and reduced material consumption.
Efficient loading and workflow
With optional linkage and hydraulic top link, the spreader can be made self-loading. This reduces the need for additional machines, saving both time and cost.
Robust construction for long service life
The DS1200 is built with durable materials, including a stainless steel spreading disc and vanes, as well as a zinc-primed and double powder-coated finish—ensuring long-term durability.
