The DS1200 is powered and controlled as standard via a double-acting hydraulic outlet. It is built for an oil flow of 40-75 L/min.
The spreading angle is set mechanically, but hydraulic control is available as an option. If you choose the optional gear joint and hydraulic push rod, the model becomes self-loading of the material - which saves the need for an additional tractor and thus both time and money.
The spreading amount and width are set continuously and separately with the two knobs of the control valve at the rear of the spreader.
Complement your disc spreader with Contol-Eco or Control-Plus for maximum user comfort. Both control systems are supplied adapted for 12 volt connection.
Trejon Optimal Control-Eco
The Control-Eco system means that the spread rate and working width are set via a control box in the tractor cabin.
Trejon Optimal Control-Plus
Control-Plus means that the spread rate is automatically adjusted to the tractor's driving speed. The speed control signal is taken from the tractor's DIN connector, if this is missing, it can be supplemented with an optional GPS speed sensor. All settings are made via the control box mounted in the cab. The driver receives information during and after work about the spread rate, mileage and area.
By equipping with additional equipment, several economic advantages are achieved such as higher capacity, shorter driving time, cost-effective consumption of the material and even and precise spreading results.
