Trejon Optimal disc spreaders are the best choice when work requires different spreading widths on both parking spaces, roads and dockyards.
Disc spreaders are equipped with mixing roller, outfeed screw and disc that distributes sand, salt and gravel evenly over the desired spreading area up to ten meters.
As standard the models DS1200-DS1700 run and are operated by a double-acting hydraulic outlet, where the spreading amount and width are regulated by manual flow valves on the machine. The DS2500 is electro-hydraulic operated because is supplied with Control-Plus as standard.
Speed control on the outfeed screw and disc is stepless and separate.
Spread angle is mechanically set on models DS1200-DS1700, hydraulic control is available as option (standard on DS2500).
There is also a hydraulic shutter that closes to save materials, for example at stops in connection with a traffic light.
Optional by choosing the transmitter rod and hydraulic top link on models with 3-point connection frame the spreader becomes self-loading of the material - saving the need for an extra tractor and thus both time and money.
Robust construction
High quality hydraulic components, Swedish steel in robust dimensions, blasted and primed with zinc and double powder coated for the highest possible durability.
The spreader disc and the output parts like bolted distribution wings and the hydraulic shutter are made of stainless steel.
For more professional user comfort, there are two different systems available for the DS1200-DS1700 models:
Trejon Optimal Control Eco
Control-Eco system means that spreading amount and working width can be operated from the electric control box inside the cab.
Trejon Optimal Control-Plus
Control-Plus means that the spreading amount can be adjusted automatically after the tractor's driving speed. Speed signals can be taken from the tractor's DIN connector if not, an optional GPS speed sensor can be installed to receive the signal.
With Control-Plus the driver receives the information during and after the work of spreading amount, mileage and area.
Both control systems are adapted for 12 volt electric connection.
